Jenn has spent the last 10 years working with people looking for healing and balance in their lives. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and The Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals. She is trained in various modalities such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is always growing and learning. Jenn has a keen interest in neuropsychology and is continually reading about new and scientifically supported approaches to helping our brains adapt and expand. "
