Mindfulness: How the Present can be the Most Fulfilling and Calming Place to be
The world is SO busy and we often wear so many hats we that we never slow down but instead we are always trying to be one step ahead. By living in such hurry and living in the future we are missing out on what is in front of us; really wonderful moments pass us by. By learning mindfulness and how to live in the present it can help with boosting mood, self-confidence, identity, relaxation and support overall healthy wellness. This workshop will dive into the beginner world of mindfulness in a way that everyone, no matter how busy life is, can integrate it into their daily lives.
